No post passado, relatei a importância da Praça CWB para o skate curitibano e dei dois exemplos de skatistas que fizeram da praça sua segunda casa e como, desde a inauguração, alavancaram seus níveis de skate.

Coincidentemente, recebi logo em seguida um e-mail do Guilherme Labiak, idealizador e proprietário da Praça CWB. No e-mail, Gui desabafa e relata a dificuldade de manter um bom projeto em atividade devido a falta de patrocínios e pelo pouco retorno financeiro.

Ao ler o texto do Gui me questionei: “será possível esse sonho acabar?”. Sonho sim, pois a CWB sempre foi o local do sonho dos skatistas curitibanos, acostumados com os lugares precários para se andar skate na cidade. Aquela praça, com chão perfeito e bordas de mármore, é a materialização de um sonho.

A Praça CWB pede socorro, só nos resta não deixar essa realidade morrer...
